Delivery, shipping costs and right of return

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is usually 7-14 working days due to the production after the order. If it takes longer, you will be informed by e-mail.

Shipping costs

If you order a single T-Shirt, you will be charged a delivery fee of DKK 39.
From an order quantity of 3 (three) T-shirts, you get your delivery for free!

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself.

A wish to cancel must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent to wizards@a-nerds-tale.com . In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.
